We are seeking a R&D team lead to lead a team in safe and secure lab activities in two state-of-the-art microelectronics labs, focused on sample preparation and forensic analysis, that have direct impact to our nation’s security. The leadership role is hands-on, technical, challenging, and rewarding. You will be leading and working alongside a team of ambitious and highly skilled technologists. While leading the team of technologists and managing lab resources, you will also draw from your technical experience and partner with staff to develop solutions addressing complex challenges within their projects.
