With capabilities spanning the R-D-A spectrum, the team enables America's nuclear deterrence through sustainment of the existing fleet of Safeguards Transporters (SGT) while developing the next generation Mobile Guardian Transporters (MGT). In support of those primary missions, our team leads assessments of safety and security vulnerabilities and conducts research and development in resilient structural design, secure communications, and access delay technologies. As part of our initiative to grow our national leadership in transportation technology, we are recruiting a team of interns to join our Research Institution for Transportation Safety and Security at Sandia (RITS3).
