Intern - Power Sources Production - Clerical Undergraduate Year-Round

What Your Job Will Be Like:

We are seeking a Intern Year Round - Clerical Undergrad

• Support storage and maintenance of raw materials in the Production Stores area

• Fill paperwork generate labels, inventory assets, and/or organize shelves

• Support clerical tasks associated with Test Facility

• Run the Supply Crib

• Scan documentation in support of generating lot record books

Qualifications We Require:

You bring the confidence and skills to be eligible for the job by meeting these minimum requirements:

• Currently attending and enrolled full time in an accredited undergraduate program

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5/4.0

• Ability to work up to 25 hours per week during the academic year, and up to 40 hours per week during the summer

• U.S. citizenship

Qualifications We Desire:

• Experience with inventory management

• Experience with database entry/management

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment

About Our Team:

Power Sources Production (Org. 7544) is responsible for product support and internal manufacturing capabilities for the development and production of power source components, which includes thermal battery and lithium primary packs. Org. 7544 helps innovate and deliver solutions for nuclear weapons in the design and development phases and products in full-scale production. Additionally, staff in Org. 7544 maintain power source manufacturing capabilities, mitigate risk within the supply chain, assist with material planning, maintain production storage, and assist qualification activities.

Security Clearance:
