What Your Job Will Be Like:

The Organizational Culture and Engagement Office is seeking a graduate student intern for year-round employment. The intern will assist with, and in some cases lead, multiple activities to ensure successful project/program completion.

On any given day, you may be called on to:

  • Perform assignments that support the Organizational Culture & Engagement Office

  • Assist with website updates and electronic file management

  • Research or collect information to develop presentation materials or various types of communications

  • Carry out various activities to include data entry, presentations, research, and project management

  • Assist with meeting facilitation

Posting Duration:

Qualifications We Require:

You bring the confidence and skills to be eligible for the job by meeting these minimum requirements:

  • Earned bachelor's degree

  • Currently attending and enrolled full time in a related accredited graduate program

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0

  • Ability to work up to 30 hours per week during the academic year, and up to 40 hours per week during the summer

  • U.S. citizenship

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products including Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Prior business work experience

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Experience in developing and giving presentations

  • Experience in analyzing survey data

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information

  • Experience with WordPress

  • Experience with Confluence

  • Experience with project management concepts and tools

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and across organizational boundaries

  • Professionalism

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Keen eye to effectively proofread and edit written materials

  • Be proactive and follow through with tasks

Security Clearance:
